Before using SaaS «Specifikkator», carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement by Guriansoft for the first time you are consenting to be bound and are becoming a party to this agreement. If you not agree with all the terms of this agreement, do not use the on-line service.
This is a legal On-line Agreement between you, as user, and Guriansoft. Upon receipt of your electronic application indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and upon acceptance of such application by Guriansoft, Guriansoft shall recognize you as a registered user.
By using the on-line service you are consenting to be bound by all of the terms and conditions in this on-line agreement. You assume all risks with respect to the on-line software program and acknowledge that the on-line software may have defect or deficiencies, and that certain features and function in such software may not be in subsequent releases.
Guriansoft grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the on-line service for the term of this On-line License Agreement.
This on-line service is not a free service. You may use this on-line software for evaluation purposes without charge for one month after registration, then if you want to continue to use our service you will have to pay for a subscription as describe in the page http://specifikkator.com/en/price/.
Guriansoft, at its sole option, may release, cancel, and/or modify the software program of the on-line service.
Guriansoft makes no representations about the suitability of this on-line service or about any content or information made accessible by the on-line service, for any purpose. The service is provided «as is» without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement. Guriansoft shall not be liable for any losses suffered by you or any other user as a result of using the on-line service or inability to use the on-line service. Quotes and other information are provided for information purposes only, and are not intended for trading purposes. Neither Guriansoft nor any of its data or content providers shall be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for actions taken in reliance thereon.
All content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright law. This License gives you no rights to such content.
While Guriansoft may intend to distribute a new commercial release of the on-line Software, Guriansoft reserves the right at any time not to release a new commercial release of the on-line Software or, if released, to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the commercial release.
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the On-line Software shall remain in Guriansoft. You acknowledge that the on-line Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of Guriansoft and therefore you agree not to modify the On-line Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the on-line Software, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction.
Guriansoft shall not be liable for (a) incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any sort, whether, arising in tort, contract or otherwise, even if Guriansoft have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or (b) for any claim by any other party.
